By placing an order, you agree that our service partners who require the transmission of data for order processing (e.g. the shipping company commissioned with the delivery) will receive the necessary data such as name and address from PAULUS-TEXTIL. The data will only be passed on for the purpose of processing your order or order. In these cases, the amount of data transmitted is limited to the required minimum.
Your name and address data will be passed on to our service partners DHL and DPD for the purpose of delivering the goods or transferring the service to the destination. DHL and DPD will also enable you to track parcels via the Internet and announce delivery. For this purpose, we will also send your e-mail address to DHL and DPD so that you can be notified. In individual cases, if this is expressly requested, a telephone number can also be transmitted to the transport company in the case of deliveries, so that the delivery can be announced to you, especially in the case of bulky goods. However, this will only be used to announce delivery and will be deleted after delivery has been completed. By sending the order, you therefore expressly agree to your name, address and also your e-mail address being passed on and, in the aforementioned cases, to the telephone number being passed on to our service partners DHL and DPD solely for delivery and announcement of delivery.
By sending the order you also declare your consent to us passing on your name and address to our partner, SCHUFA Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5, 65201 Wiesbaden, for the purpose of a credit assessment in individual cases. The credit assessment only takes place by means of a comparison between the data stored at SCHUFA and the data transmitted by us. After a credit check has been carried out, no data transmitted by us will be stored or processed at SCHUFA. You can revoke your consent to this at any time. We only carry out a credit assessment if we make advance payments and thus have an interest of our own in such a credit report.
We will only ask for and use your personal data to process your order, unless you would like to make use of additional services. Furthermore, by entering your data, you give your revocable consent at any time to our using your data in a permissible manner for our own advertising purposes. If you do not wish to do so, please write a short e-mail to info@paulus-textil.com, in which you exclude or limit this advertising purpose.
Upon request, we will provide you with information about your personal data stored free of charge. If you wish, please send a message to info@paulus-textil.com. We are also obliged, upon request, to correct, block or delete the data stored about you. You have the right to free information about all data stored concerning your person, their origin and recipient, the authorization, blocking or deletion of data as well as the revocation of given consents and the purpose of data processing at any time.
